Wyvern Tor & Cragmaw Castle - Phandelver & Below

Two more sites from Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk — the goblins' true stronghold and the rocky den watching the road nearby. Run them as separate encounters or as one long push deeper into King Grol's territory.

Cragmaw Castle — Roofless stone ruins overgrown with jungle, rooms full of rubble, loot piles, furs and firepits. A red-carpeted altar room sits at the heart of it, flanked by broken walls and collapsed passages on every side. Multiple entrances and half-fallen walls make this a sprawling, chaotic siege point rather than a single choke fight.

Wyvern Tor — A rocky overhang and cave mouth cut into the hillside, nests of loose stone and bedding tucked against the back wall, with a dark tunnel opening deeper in. Approach is narrow and exposed along the dirt path — ideal for a wyvern or beast ambush from above.
