Old Owl Well & Ruins of Thundertree - Phandelver & Below

Two abandoned sites from Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk — places the wilderness has already taken back, and where somebody has quietly moved in again. Both work as standalone wilderness encounters far beyond the AP.

Ruins of Thundertree — Roofless stone shells scattered through dense green overgrowth, linked by winding dirt tracks. A round tower base full of rubble, webbed doorways and a shrouded ruin at the centre, a few buildings still holding beds, crates and gear. Sprawling and open — perfect for a slow exploration that turns hostile one house at a time.

Old Owl Well — A tumbled foundation and a broken round tower on bare earth, with a red-and-white striped tent pitched squarely in the middle and a stone well beside it. Low walls, open ground, one obvious focal point — a clean, contained arena for a parley that goes wrong.
