So did Rei pull Asuka and Hikaris's Moms out of unit 02 and 04?
To the best of my knowledge, nether of them would have had a body to return to. And ruthless as it sounds, SInji would have wanted to keep a few Evangelion on hand to have a few more rungs between 'guns' and 'your entire regime is now salt' in the ladder of mutually assured defense. Asuka's mom in particular wouldn't end up too well if taken out of the Evangelion, as she wasn't even a full transfer, unlike Yui.
Excellent ending. You dropped this just as I was getting ready to leave for work. Now that I have had a chance to get back home and finish it. I have nothing but the highest praise for that last sequence/bonus we got. It always fucking has to be giant robots in the end huh? Giant Robots are cool, so fuck yeah. Yui still being, well, Yui is wild. And the fact that it all came full circle with the Fuck Gendo In Particular tag is amazing. Brilliant punishment for the bastard. I figured he would have gotten executed immediately but nah, Shinji had to go full force with the petty. Looking forward to continuing to read your works. Might have to start reading one of your older works while you pump out newer chapters or new stuff to tide me over. Rage against the dark seems like it would be a fun read.

Wow, nice cruel punishment for Gendo. Does he not realize that his wife is getting plapped by his son, Shinji, or that she belongs to him now? Did Shinji and Yui ever do it infront of Gendo at some point for extra cruelty because he deserves it? 🤨😏 Yui is right that being a giant fucking robot is frickin awesome and has good taste. 😂 (there were some other parts of the comment, but I don't remember them now. I only remember those two points out of..four, I think?) Also nice extra epilogue. 😁👍 I very much liked that we got to see a lewd with Rei and Yui as well before the story ended, short as it was. It was Peak! 👍 Thank you for the story, man! It was a great ending!

SInji kept their visits short, so not a lot of chance to see that he'd lost Yui in more ways than one beyond the fact that he'd notice over the years that she wasn't aging. As to doing it in front of Gendo, probably not, if only because SInji didn't want Gendo to break completely and take the coward's way out. XD And yeah, being a giant robot would be metal as fuck! Exactly why on the last chapter I included a bit with SInji going 'the part of my soul welded to me is sad it's no longer a giant robot.' Once again, thank you for your kind words! ^_^ Week after next, several chapters of whole new story!
