Writing Update 11/23/25

Just a very quick update. First of all, it would appear that sexually explicit works are now a no-no in Patreon even if I've tagged my account as 18+

I can still show them mind you, but only to paid access. Free access needs to have all the spicy bits taken out of it, I tried removing all the spicy bits from He Who Fights Demons ch 5, but that didn't work so we'll see how that goes.

I find this somewhat vexing. Not entirely certain how to move forward when it's time to make a free release with spicy bits. I will probably just have to leave them as paid access to all levels.

I will no doubt be getting a number of notifications over the next few days of whichever chapters I've posted that will have to be put back behind a paywall. And I'll just have to capitulate because editing them to remove the spicy bits and attempt a workaround has no guarantee of working.

I find this vexing.

Onto happier news!

On a surprise offset that I'm sure will upset some of you Rage Against the Dark has actually won the vote!

Yes, He Who Fights Demons got a greater number of votes. But the weight of the votes actually favored Rage Against The Dark! Which won by a grand total of 41 votes once we include the votes from Subscribestar!

Gallows Humors continued to bring up the rear with only 40 votes.

Sadness. ;_;

I have some PTO coming up, so I'll see if I can find the time to pump out a chapter for that story.

I like that story too! It may end up being my version of a holiday special. XD
