We won't make AI assets, instead we're gonna make games...
OK that title is a lot to unpack! What do games have to do with AI and Poly Haven?

PS: In case you don't want to read that post, the TLDR is: We don't hate AI, but it's not what Poly Haven is about. We are concerned about the future of AI generated asset libraries hurting us in the long term, so we're starting to think about how to stay sustainable. One thing we were thinking of doing anyway is making bigger projects like games in order to prove our assets are usable, and this might as well be a way to try secure our future from our AI overlords as well.

I've loved the shed and alleyway projects, so more things like that is a plus. Games or even short animations using the assets, followed by releasing those full files would be a great way to show new artists what is possible with your assets and would encourage them to contribute possibly.
