Notice of delay

I am putting this out to notify people that due to a recent technical issue I need to delay the release of version 0.3.1 to the 6th of March.

Over the weekend my Internet went down, and I ended up needing to spend a large portion of time trouble shooting with my ISP, which of course cut into the time I was working on the update.

Currently I am running of a backup, but it has a lot of limitations, which also causes issues for things I need to do for the release. My service has an ETA of next Monday. I do apologise that this has occurred.
