When you first talk with the Hive Queen and ask about her giving you the keystone by her, she tells you about how they're waiting for a savior to come help save the flowers; followed by the option to tell the Hive Queen that you will find a way to save the flowers. If you choose that option, you can talk to Autumn in Pleasure Pastures, and she will give you an additional task to get the keystone from the Hive Queen. All you need to do is bring Autumn 40 Dragon Semen, and then the Hive Queen will give you her keystone.
