Flatter Interaction Animation Change

Happy Weekend! Late night mod upload shhh ♥

I can't be the only one that gets confused when sims do this interaction and think they're flirting or doing something romance related? This mod changes it and makes it to the "Compliment" animation instead.

This mod may conflict mods that override: mixer_social_Flatter_targeted_Friendly_alwaysOn

I haven't had anyone test this, so if you feel it's not working, please tell me and I'll take a look!!
