Download and install vc_redist.x86.exe from <a href="https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685</a> and try again. If you're on Windows 7 or 8 you might have to fully update your Windows installation with the latest service packs etc.
