I've just downloaded and started playing and I have a pedantic observation to make. For the debt to pass to the beneficiary of a will, it must be a secured debt with the property as the security. That is to say, if the father dies leaving the house to the daughter and there is an outstanding mortgage on the house, the daughter inherits the mortgage. Unsecured debts are not inherited. Sorry. I have a tendency to pedantry and this is something that easily corrected in the text.
