Question about tiers and monthly rewards ?
Patreon charges you every 1st of each month.
I currently charge patrons nothing at signup, then monthly on the first.
Example : If you join on September 2nd, you'll be charged on October 1st and will receive October rewards.
✷ If I subscribe today, will I get this month's print(s) in the mail ?
If you join my Patreon page before the 1st, you'll get the rewards of the following month (ex : you join on January 20th → you'll be charged on February 1st → you'll get February's rewards).
I ship Patreon rewards around the 10th of each month.
If you missed out a print you really wanted - no worries ! I usually open the shop for my patrons every month so they can purchase previous Patreon prints.
✷ The $1 tier (Little Comet)
I post a new illustration every Monday on social media. If you are tired of social media, its algorithm, don't want to miss any of my newest illustrations & paintings and support my work, this tier is for you ! I will post 2 to 4 new illustrations per month, most likely on every Monday.
This tier will be hidden from Patrons who pledge above $1 - I don't want to bother patrons who pledge $5 or up with these $1 because they will get to see it + some extra content like works in progress or process videos anyways - and I don't want them to receive two emails for the same illustration every Monday.
So don't worry if you pledged $5 or up, you will have access to the same content with even more extra content than the $1 tier !
✷ The $5 tier (Stardust)
You will have access to my sketchbooks, works in progress, previews, shop updates, newsletters, videos and phone wallpapers.
✷ The $10 tier (Moonstone)
You will have access to my sketchbooks, works in progress, previews, shop updates, newsletters, videos and phone wallpapers + you will receive a mini print (postcard size) every month.
✷ The $13 tier (Nebula)
You will have access to my sketchbooks, works in progress, previews, shop updates, newsletters, videos and phone wallpapers + you will receive a mini print (postcard size) + a sticker every month.
✷ The $20 tier (Shooting Star)
You will have access to my sketchbooks, works in progress, previews, shop updates, newsletters, videos and phone wallpapers + you will receive a mini print (postcard size) every month + a bigger print (A5 print). The small and big prints are two different designs.
✷ The $23 tier (Happy Galaxy)
You will have access to my sketchbooks, works in progress, previews, shop updates, newsletters, videos and phone wallpapers + you will receive a mini print (postcard size) every month + a bigger print (A5 print) + an exclusive sticker. The small and big prints are two different designs.
✷ I ship worldwide ! I usually send out prints around the 10th every month.
✷ Please remember to update your postal address on Patreon if you're moving !

I haven't received anything since the December rewards, I'm a cosmos tier but it looks from the rewards list that it isn't listed...? I wasn't sure if there's a way that is best to ask about US rewards. I was trying to be patient and then realized it's been a long while. Thank you!!!

Suite aux grèves d’avril en Belgique je pense que mes rewards de mars se sont égarées 😞… j’ai attendu de voir pour les suivantes et avril et mai sont bien arrivées donc j’ai peur que ce soit définitivement perdu 😩. Hello, I saw another artist on Patreon has a “Gift Membership” button, so a patron can gift someone a number of months or a year of the sticker/print club. Do you think you would ever do something like that? (I totally understand if not 😊)

Hi! Sorry to bother you again! I got my reward mail for May really fast after I spoke with you. Thank you for that so much! But now I’m afraid I think the same problem is happening for July and June rewards, and might happen again for rest of the months onwards. I don’t know if the mail get lost or returned. But I want to know if there is a way to resolve this matter permanently to avoid whatever is happening with the postal service. I don’t want to keep bothering you and messaging you. I’m based in Dubai, UAE. If it’s a postage issue I’m willing to contribute to cost.

Hello! I upgraded my subscription from moonstone to nebula and lost access to all previous posts both at my current level and at lower levels.
Ok I just figured it out - since I added a new tier, I have to edit all my previous posts one by one to include the Nebula tier ! I started to edit them, let me know if it's working !! Thank you 🌼
