Hi Patrons,
This post is about Shooting Star, Happy Galaxy and Cosmos tiers.
I wanted to update you regarding your October, November and December rewards.
Omar, who is helping us from California, received every Patreon reward we sent him in January.
We encountered a few issues, and the last couple of weeks were epic - first issue was the price of shipping - the mailers we use for rewards and shop orders, the thick cardboard ones, are not considered as "letters" in the US but as "packages". So we figured Omar had to purchase new mailers to lower the price of shipping.
Then, he noticed the labels I sent him were missing the states, and the person working at the post office said he could send them out as is but we didn't want to take the risk - so Apolline and I re wrote all the address labels and sent them to Omar.
Omar is now re packing every reward, he will then have to purchase stamps and drop everything at the post office. He is helping us after his working hours, so it's taking more time than usual. But it should arrive to you very soon !
I will update this post when everything is finally shipped.
Apolline and I are now ready for the next batch (January, February, March rewards) : we bought new mailers for you, and we made sure the addresses were complete !!
Quick reminders :
• October, November and December rewards are combined in one mailer.
This will be the first Patreon reward letter you will receive this year.
• From now on your rewards will ship every 3 months.
Next batch of rewards will contain January, February & March and will ship in March/early April.
• Please check the pinned post at the top of my Patreon page to check the status of your Patreon rewards
• France still ships small letters to the US, so Moonstone, Nebula and Eclipse tiers still ship everything month from France.

Thank you for the update! I just edited my membership down to Nebula from Cosmos to make it less complicated, hoping it will only have to be temporary! 🙏 ❤️ Since I just submitted that, it looks like it won’t go into effect until March, so I’ll still have the cosmos rewards from February, correct?
Hi Dani ! Yes, you will get March's mini print + sticker in March, and your February rewards will ship late March as well ! 😊💞
Thank you all for everything, no rush, we know you're working on it🤗 just to be clear, you said US patrons are still shipping month to month or is it every 3 months now?
Small letters (Moonstone, Nebula & Eclipse) still ship to the US from France, and larger letters (Shooting Star, Happy Galaxy & Cosmos) will ship once every three months with three months worth of rewards from the US thanks to Omar ! French postal service doesn't ship "merch" to the US anymore, even though we just send prints, I guess they just don't bother sending out larger letters just in case !

Yes we will figure something out for the secret shop ! Your orders will probably ship at the same time as your rewards if you order larger items like A5 prints (stickers and A6 prints are safe and will ship from France as usual) 🌷
