Amaterasu(term 50)
It's been a few years since my last okami inspired art. This is my take on the personified form of Amaterasu ( the sun goddess of japan) from the game Okami :3 I painted her in more exaggerated proportions such as long legs to make her feel more goddess and other worldly like. I also tried to retain that paintbrush style that you would see in the game in this piece. fun and interesting piece to work on ^_^

Hi! I'm new here. I paid tier 2 and is it possible for me to get this Amaterasu. I'm in love with this!
Sadly you are pledge to term 66. I can take the payment for term 50 through paypal if you want. :)
this is really impressive, perspective like this is hard to do but you nailed it! this looks gorgeous, very well done
I'm still new to following you, so I don't know if you have prints available for your art. Is there a way I can purchase this as a print from you?
I might have it available on my Storenvy at the end of May. :)
The character design and colour palette is very beautiful! The proportions of the legs and the angle of the pose really give a sense of scale. The soft appearance of her clothing without too many details is really striking against the background, which has a lot of detail and colour. Great job! <3
Thanks. XD
Absolutely gorgeous!! I love the 2d look it has while still reading as 3d. -nods in great approval- ^^

Holy....this is incredible! It just looks so beautiful. I love how you were able to achieve a similar aesthetic to that of the game. I never got to play Okami unfortunately, but I have really liked the art style of it. I am seriously in love with this painting. There are just so many amazing details. The fire effects are really cool. I love her hair and how fluffy the ears look. The painterly look of the cloud-like elements and the dark outlining look great. Overall this is absolutely fantastic. This painting has definitely become one of my favorites that you have done. Wonderful job Sakimi Chan! ^^
Thank you! I hope I can do more favourites in the future. XD
cute
thanks. :)
Is this the Brush on her leg ? Oh shit, this is so amaizing. I always love your art but this picture of Amaterasu from Okami is too amaizing, my eyes are gonna melt :D I had reduced my pledge because this month is going to be a bit difficult but i think i'm going back to tier 3 for this masterpiece <3
