Vaporeon (term 40)
I've been wanted to draw a personified Vaporeon from pokemon for a while now. I'm still waiting for the right Evee to revolve on pokemon go XD This piece took a while, I had some trouble with the composition and I played around with this piece a lot to this point. It's a good practice piece XD i enjoyed painting the water in this piece.

Haha, but it's pokemon. :D
I like it, but her cheeks and mouth look odd; kinda plump or puffy? Or is it her dimples? Something irritates me here.
Hum? what you mean? *_*
:D
I absolutely love this one, practically everything in it has such an incredible flow, her hair, torso, tail and the water swirling around her being the main things. Her face is beautiful with those big eyes and I really like how her hair frames her face and that one strand falling down to wrap around her nose is a detail that I love :D. The fins coming off of her head and arms look amazing and that tail is just perfect with how it flows and wraps around itself, the spikes running along it's centre and the the motion of the ending fins. The colours and lighting too are fantastic, I particularly like her paler skin tones. Fantastic work on this stellar piece of art :)
thank you. :)
I am fan of vapereon !!!! so thank you
you are welcome. :D
This is really beautifully painted. I love how you managed to get the pearlescent shading on her arm. The time you spent on the composition was time well spent, as the composition is stunning. Great work!
thanks. :)
Not sure if you meant that you wanted an Eevee to evolve into a Vaporeon or not. But you can force an Eevee to evolve into Vaporeon by naming it Rainer before evolving it. Also naming one Pyro or Sparky will give Flareon and Jolteon respectively. Also lovely rendition of Vaporeon, reminds me of Jess Nigri's Eevolution cosplays.
thank you! yep if you name them those names they'll evolve into those. XD
Wow this is absolutely stunning I'd love to see more expecially a umbreon one
thank you for the suggestion. :)
Wow... Is amazing! I want to know too how long it took, its incredible!
around 10 hours. :)
Love this one :) Is it at all possible for you to tell us how long it took to draw? I'm looking at the details and going like... omg this must have taken days and days to complete!
It took me around 10 hours to finish drawing. :)
＠(￣-￣)＠good
thanks. :)
Interesting. I love the incorporation of the sleeves and the tail. It's a very nice piece ^-^
thank you. :D
Vaporeon is my favorite pokemon of all time! Thank you so much for painting her :3 it looks absolutly amazing.
thank you. :)
This looks stunning!!
thanks. :D
This looks really amazing. I was curious as to how you might go about personifying Vaporeon since you announced it. I think this turned out fantastic. Its cool how you kept a lot of the characteristics that make Vaporeon identifiable. The three fins on her head are incorporated really well as to not seem out of place on a human head. The same can be said for the fin like collar that circles on her neck. Her tail is also very Vaporeon like with the fins at the end and the ones that travel along her spine to the end of the tail. And of course, the colors are just beautiful. Fantastic job creating a personification of Vaporeon! I hope you decide to do others in the future. ^^
thank you. :)
A brilliant amalgamation! Aside the vivid details, her countenance seems to capture the essence of Vaporeon for some powerful reason ^^
thank you. :D
Beautiful! good work, this is amazing Sakimi. ^.^
