Aerith (term 39)
you guys voted on Aerith for this terms nude female pinup, this is the normal version :) wanted to paint her in water, the ripple effect was fun to experiment with, this piece took quite some time but was worth it.

Is there any way to get a copy of this to print out since it hasn't been on the store and I assume it probably won't be? I somehow missed this and she's my all time favorite character since the video game was first released. I'd die to have this on my wall, except if I were dead I couldn't enjoy it. :(
I'll probably be selling that during this year's anime expo and on store envy around the same time. :)
any chance the Aeirth 39 set will go up on Gumroad anytime soon?
Sadly, she won't be on gumroad do you just want her JPG/PSDs? *_*
this looks real good (and actually i came back for Red but this is great) but I was concerned cuz her hand looked a bit broken xD
I know. :( I might have to fix it to make it look better.
omg the water effects are so nice ( ' v ' ) and that hair floating in it looks so good too! will u do a tutorial on water effects one day?
Thank you for the suggestion. :) I might do something similar in the future. :)
Really loving this one especially; it's nice seeing the more organic texture on her clothes. *v*
thank you. :)
this is so beautiful
thank you. :)
Great Artwork! A question to the others: Am i seeing it wrong or is her right arm somewhat off? Don't know what it is, maybe i am seeing the angle wrong.
I noticed that too. It's like she has an extra elbow.
Soooo cute, i love it ❤️
thanks. :D
thank you. :)
... beautiful
thanks. :)
Oh so beautiful ! I have no words ❤ I'm so happy cause I voted for her hihi !
thank you for voting XD
This is absolutely beautiful and easily among my favourites of your work :D. The colours are gorgeous, I love the pink of her dress contrasting with the vibrant blue water and her hair and skin are wonderful. The level of detail here is incredible too, all the strands of her hair (particularly the one spiralling in front of her shoulder), the creases in her wet dress, especially where it climbs up her leg as well as around her lowered arm and of course, all of the ripples in the water. The face is stunning too, such a beautiful expression made even better by how the light illuminates her skin and shining eyes. Absolutely fantastic work, can't give it enough praise :D.
thank you. :)
This is beautifully painted. Really love the detailing and the water. Just stunning!
thank you. :)
Holy, this is incredibly gorgeous. There is so much that is amazing going on through out the entire painting. Aerith herself is very beautiful. The expression on her face is quite captivating. The details of her clothing are really cool. The wrinkling/folds on her dress, the seams on the jacket, the belts on he sleeves, and the way it floats into the water is just amazing. I really love how her clothing and hair distort underwater; the effect there is really well done. Your idea of painting her in water was a really interesting idea. The ripple effect turned out amazing. It really gives a subtle dynamic feel to the entire painting. I agree with you that the time you took on this piece was worth it. It turned out phenomenal. Fantastic job overall! ^^
thank you. another long paragraph. XD
This is awesome as always^^ I was wondering what do are your brush settings and what canvas size are you usually using? I hope you answer, thank you!
I use the standard round brush my canvas size is atleast 3k pixel. :)
Wow... This is so beautiful, I'm speechless 😳
thank you. :)
She looks so beautiful.

There are times I wish I made enough money to donate much, much more to you. Your artwork here is stunning as usual.

Hey Sakimi I've recently pledged to you and just have a question. I have recieved term 37 but not 38 because the max I pledge is once a month. My question is will term 39 be given next month or will I also not get this one?

*sobbing uncontrollably*
It's OK! She's coming back! And this time we'll know better than to let her go to that temple all by herself, >_<.>
I have bad memories of Aerith floating on her back in the water, T-T.
I know!😳 I have cried since I was 15 years old when the game released. I need the remake, only to cry once more.
The waters are so prettyyy
thank you. :D
Amazing!
