mermaid series .Sakura siren. (term 34)
Thinking of starting a mermaid series where I explore some ideas ^_^This time I wanted to paint a siren inspired by the flower sakura and of course green/blue color tone goes well with pink tones so i went with that for the water color.

Oh wow, another series. It will be interesting to see what you come up with for different mermaid concepts. This one is definitely very beautiful. I love the use of colors in this painting; its very pretty. I don't know if you intended it to be this way or if I'm just imagining it, but despite her beauty the expression on her face feels slight ominous.If she follow classic siren mythology, then it would make sense.

I love this series idea! Her eyes are so perfect for this image. and I like how you had her body come in and out of the water more than once, rather than hide most of her in the water.

Wow, this is beautiful, love the colours, the fins coming from her head and scales on her tail are fantastic, the water is brilliant and her eyes and lips are just lovely. And i really like the way the man's hand rests on her face so gently and how her fingers grip into his arm. If this is what we can expect from a mermaid series then please, please do continue.
