Saber Lily, Experimental piece (term 20 reward)

I saw someone suggested this in the last poll, but since you were doing Type-Moon stuff, maybe you could also do their other mascot, Arcueid! She's got princess form and normal form, so I think she'd be fun to draw!

You left crop traces on her face but it's super cute!

i don't see this as any worse than your usual quality level. i think the face looks just fine. i'd say the one thing that would have improved this piece is that maybe it would have looked more interesting with her head tilted downward or to the side... i think that would have made this more dynamic. but i'm not saying that it looks bad now.

I absolutely love her face! Would like to see more pieces with a delicate face like this.

I realize that this may not mean much, coming from someone who doesn't know the game/series, but I love how the lines of movement and composition bring our eyes to rest on her, and her facial features balance well with the stylized nature of the piece. I know -exactly- what you mean about struggling with one detail or another, but I think you can safely call this piece finished and done quite well. :D

I think it looks great regardless if you think it wasn't what you were going for :) your efforts definitely paid off all these years! Keep it up!

I actually think it looks wonderful! Great job, I think this is my favorite Saber pic I have seen from you, personally. Often, I am surprised to find that the pieces that I spend a lot of time on, and end up disliking, end up being rather popular. I think it's because we as artists tend to overthink things, and the effort makes it feel like it wasn't good enough, because of how hard it was for us. However, That same effort is usually what makes it stand out, to our audience. Thanks for sharing!

I personally love this. It may not be as polished looking as your other pics, but I think that is one of the things that makes this stand out (in a good way.) And I think this view makes her look kinda flower-like, like her name. I'm really glad you decided to share this. And I really hope you decide to do the other Saber versions as well. (And maybe some other Fate characters. Like maybe Archer (Fate/Stay or UBW) or Gilgamesh. :D)
