If it helps anyone...I received 80 and 81 as two different messages. Both had a link that opened up in reader that had links within for the videos and the photos. The photos have to be unzipped but it's all there 😊

Can anyone tell me why I was charged $14.14? Like it's always been an even $14. My card didn't have an issue with being rejected - but my receipt and what I was charged was different.

As I have mentioned it before, the banks are flagging the withdrawal as fraud. The reason may be because the withdrawal is coming from another country. You don't have to swap over to PayPal because this issue might happen again next month. All you have to do is contact your bank and authorize patreon to continue withdrawing funds every month. Once you authorize the transaction, you wait 5 minutes and hit RETRY on the card. It should process immediately. I am sure Sakimichan is well aware of the situation so no need to worry ^_^ I suggest you folks make sure you are signed up for fraud alerts via text messages so all you have to do is reply with yes for authorization. Hope all this information helps!

I'm having the same issue everyone is mentioning above. I tried swapping it to a PayPal Acc I know is currently working but for some reason Patreon refuses to even attempt to charge my Account. I click retry, it instantly reloads the screen and no charge is ever shown on my PayPal Acc. I'm worried I might not be signed up for the term.

I thought it was odd when I saw the message from Patreon that I had multiple decline. It's what had me worried. But once I placed my Paypal it went through. So I'm OK for now. But I do hope that Patreon fixes whatever problem its having. 😊 and thank you for the info.

If i was understanding patreon correctly, a declined payment should still go under the applicable term, just as an outstanding balance that needs to be payed before you have any access to anything. as a lot of people are having this issue this month for some reason, I feel fairly certain most patreons will honor the payment for the term(s) the payment was intended for.
The exact thing happened to me too. What is happening is the banks are flagging the payment as fraud due to the payment coming from a foreign country. You're going to need to contact your bank and authorize the payment from patreon. Once you authorize the payment for patreon, wait 5 minutes and hit retry. It should process the payment then.

Why can't the 4th floor 20 dollar option be used? How do you get past rewards?
you can set your default pledge to $20. I send out rewards based on the amount pledged not tier. but that only applies to tier 4 not 5. >_
