Don't think I can ever look at half-black and half-white hair without thinking of Cruella Deville. :p Multi-colored hair and strong eye liner with accessorized clothing is very reminiscent of the "scene" look (basically a combo of emo and punk). Just throw in a few piercings and a wrist band or two, and you're there. ;) I've always liked the scene/punk girl look - much more so than the Hipster or the high-waist rolled-up 80's jeans and jean jackets (is that Yuccie?) that are the trend today.
