Special Agent Rover Concept
As always, the final version will look quite different, since these images are poorly generated. I’ll be taking a similar approach to my Galbrena mod while giving this one its own "personality".
I plan to mod this over the Perpetual Spark outfit, which will let me apply proper transparency to any parts I want. I also want to reuse some of its existing pieces, such as the jacket, gloves, and belt.

Good to play with one hand 😉
Looks cool, too bad none of the female rover mods work for me. No matter what I do she stays with her vanilla skin.
Not even my Belly Dancer or Bikini Warrior?
Holy shit that is sexy! Any chance you can give her open-toed shoes as an option with painted toenails?
barefoot at most
That's cool as hell! Very excited to see your model. I feel like one of those full face sunglasses would look great with the design
THAT is Badass! That makes me wanna play Rover again!
I'm using her on Hsin team, pretty fun
This is beautiful.
