Changing Times Update
Hello all.
If you are someone who has supported Knowledge Fight over the years, but has no interest in supporting my next phases, then I would say that now is the time to unsubscribe. I'm pulling off the band-aid and making this a personal Patreon, so moving forward, this will just be the place you can support the things I create and release.
As of the time of this posting, I've launched my podcast Show Me State Of Mind, which should now be available on all the normal podcast platforms. I did not realize that my hosting platform didn't automatically connect to some of those apps that people like to use for podcasts, so in the first week, it wasn't super easily accessible, and I apologize for that difficulty.
In addition to that weekly show, I have launched two Substack pages that I will post to as frequently as I am able. One involves my desire to replace Jeff Probst as the host of Survivor, and the other is a song-by-song exploration of Method Man's career.
In the time that I've had since we ended KF, I have recognized how much I love to create things that aren't exactly what we had been making for the past nine years, and these new ventures have been very helpful in terms of me being able to connect with my broader creativity. But at the same time, I've also recognized how much the work I did on KF was also a major part of who I am creatively that also provides a lot of meaning for myself and others, so that isn't something that I'm comfortable leaving entirely in the past.
I hope to be able to provide a more specific update on that side of things in the near future, but for now, please don't continue supporting this Patreon on that basis.

TLDR: have my money and my gratitude You are the reason I didn't follow my brother into the rabbit hole when he told me to "listen to this podcast with alex jones he is right on everything" and told me it was this podcast called Joe Rogan. I listened to you guys instead because of the choice between a long weed filled video ( God I had the sound of smoking so much ) and two guys doing the highlights seemed obvious.
OK, it's now been a month and there's four more episodes with none of them posted here on Patreon... even via the Show Me State of Mind website I'd have to use 'We-Pay-Joe-Rogan-$Millions' Spotify to listen to them (which I won't do).

A simple website or landing page can help you showcase your content, grow an email list, and bring in supporters beyond Patreon. Hi, I suppose it's very on brand to have a self-defeating approach to marketing but not even posting the shows on Patreon is a bit much. Got the first episode via the KF feed I used, then nothing. Looked here and saw there was more. Checked the website and find I'd need to use Spotify... no, no and no to doing that. Please get it together 🤷

Hey Dan, this is super dumb, but a band I follow posted to their IG story that they’re looking to do a show in Chicago and need venue connections so I asked them to send an inquiry to the KnowledgeFight email since you and Jordan have experience with putting together shows in the area. I just wanted to put a good faith effort in making the connection on the off chance it worked out. Love the new show, thank you for your hard work!

I share your love of roadside attractions and if you ever do merch I would be proud to display a leaning tower of Niles fridge magnet If you're ever near the historic town of York Pennsylvania I encourage you to hop on route 462 and follow the signs to the famous shoe house. It is just what it sounds like a house shaped like a shoe and the last time I visited it was privately owned but open for tours. I must say it is the most impractical home I have ever been in but I totally want to live there
