⚡️Quick tip: Get more flexibility & control with 'Add to podcast'
Podcasters now have better control of how your podcast appears in RSS feeds and podcast apps. And, if you’re a podcaster who shares episodes as video posts, you’ll only need to make a single post per episode. As part of this update, you’ll be able to add the audio track of a video post to your RSS feed.
How it works:
1. Start by creating an audio or video post for your podcast episode. On the post details page, you’ll see an “Add to podcast” section.
2. Optionally mark your podcast episodes with details like episode number, season number, episode type, and explicit status. You can also mark episodes as episodic or serial.
3. If you share voice notes or other audio posts that aren’t episodes, you may not always want them to appear in your RSS feed alongside your podcast. You can exclude certain audio files from your RSS feed.
4. Your RSS and Spotify integrations will stay the same.
