Sorry you're dealing with heat problems. Really ruins trying to sleep. Best thing I could do was sleep after a cool shower so hopefully you find something to work for you 馃挏馃枻

It鈥檚 hot in Vietnam too and I don鈥檛 have an air conditioner in my dorm room so I understand your situation 馃ス let鈥檚 just hope the heat will reduce and summer ends soon 馃ス
