I have just subbed to the low tier because i thought it gave me access to full game of queens brothel. but now its still locked behind another payment. Am i missing something or got this wrong?

The final version is 1.13.0, and the "free" demo version is 1.13.4?, I'm confused because I'm playing the "free" demo and it feels quite long for a demo.
Those were just some analytics related patches only. The free demo for QB is very long, it's the entire main story. The paid version has about double the content though
