Thank you so much for being with us in our very first contest.
And a special thank you to every participant.
We know how much work it takes to prepare, print, send WIPs, and paint each piece with so much care.
Every model carries hours of effort, learning, and love for the craft.
And that deserves to be celebrated.

It was a lot of fun painting a model for a contest, thank you to everyone involved!
Looked like the judges had an impossible task with so many entries but the ones that were chosen and the honorable mentions are spectacular. Great work to everyone involved
There were so many truly incredible entries that I already feel honored and happy just to have taken part in the contest. Thank you to Tanuki Figure for hosting it, to the amazing judges, and to all the participants — great job, everyone. It was such an enjoyable experience. I’m already looking forward to the next contest. I’ll study more and challenge myself again!
So many talented artists, amazing stuff, very impressive.
So many fantastic entries, it seems everyone really pushed themselfs and it shows. Can't wait for next year with more models released for more variety and more amazing paint jobs.
A great showcase, saw so many great ones I missed even trying to scroll up and see the WIP and finished pieces! A great contest. Seeing all of those entries I don't even know how to cut down anywhere close to ten awesome ones!
Incredible! Can’t wait for the next one!!
Yay!!! Even though I didn't win, I feel "internet famous" and that is worth it. Thanks Tanuki for hosting the contest and thank you to all the judgesfor taking the time to go throough all of these submissions. Also, good job to everyone who entered!!!
