How are payments processed?
All membership payments are processed directly by Patreon.
Tanuki Figures does not process, store, or charge your payment information. While we're always happy to help and can contact Patreon on your behalf when necessary, we do not have full control over Patreon’s billing system or payment decisions.
Refund Policy
❌ Forgotten Active Membership (Auto-Renewal)
Refunds are not available if your membership renewed because auto-renewal was left enabled.Once the payment is completed, access to the month's content is immediately granted, making the purchase non-refundable.
✅ Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice for the same membership period, the duplicate payment is fully refundable after verification.✅ Platform Billing Error
If Patreon charged you incorrectly due to a billing or technical error, we'll gladly help investigate the issue and approve a refund whenever the error is confirmed.

Our monthly DROP is released on the last day of each month.
To download your files:
Get your Monthly Coupon.
It is sent to you via Patreon Direct Message every month.
You can also find it anytime in your Patreon Membership tab by clicking Read More.
Go to our download page:
Enter your Monthly Coupon to unlock the current month's release.
The new download platform gives you instant access to all files included in your monthly release, making downloads much faster and easier.
If you can't find your coupon, simply check your Patreon message history or your Membership Tab on Patreon, where your current coupon is always available.
3️⃣ I’m trying to use the coupon, but it doesn’t work!
No worries, this usually happens for one of four reasons:
Verify if your coupon is typed correctly.
The coupon you’re using is from a different month than the model you’re trying to download.
The model isn’t included in your current tier plan.
If you’re copying and pasting, make sure there are no extra spaces at the end of the code.
Please double-check the coupon code and the post where it was released to make sure they match the model you’re trying to get.

5️⃣ I subscribed on release day — Which models i get?
Your membership includes access to the latest drop and the upcoming one. If you joined after the monthly drop was posted, you’ll still get that drop and the next one.
What is the Loyalty Pass and how does it work?
Through our Loyalty Pass, Platinum members receive an exclusive high-quality model every 3 months of active subscription until max level.
These models are special rewards created to celebrate your continued support and are sent automatically within 48 hours after month's drop. Even if you cancel your subscription, your progress in the Loyalty Pass will be saved, and you’ll continue from where you left off when you return.
About Yearly Subscription:
If you join Anual subscription, you’ll automatically gain access to all Loyalty models available at the end of each month. You’ll also be promoted to the maximum level available right away.
6️⃣ What is the Loyalty Pass and how does it work?
The Loyalty Pass rewards members who keep their subscription active.
You earn 1 Loyalty Level for every consecutive month you stay subscribed.
Every 3 levels, you unlock one Premium Statue as a reward.
Rewards are available at:

🏆 Level 6 – 1 Subzero Premium Statue
🏆 Level 9 – 1 Luffy Gear V Premium Statue
🏆 Level 12 – 1 Edward and Alphonse (FMA) Premium Statue

The Yearly Membership is the best value for long-term members.
By choosing the yearly plan, you receive:

🎁 Instant access to all models available in the active Loyalty Pass, in the next update cycle.
Once your yearly membership is active, you'll automatically receive all future monthly releases during your subscription period, with no monthly renewals required.
8️⃣ I had a printing problem — what should I do?
Don’t worry! Every file we release is print-tested by our team before being shared with supporters. We also include an assembly guide video showing how to put the model together correctly.
Keep in mind that each printer and resin setup may require different adjustments or print settings. You can find our resin and printing settings standarts at the "Printing & Scale Guide.txt".
If you believe the issue might be with the model file itself, feel free to share a photo in our Patreon community chat channel:

9️⃣ My Discord is not synced to my Patreon account
No worries! You can easily fix this.
Go to your Membership tab and scroll down until you find the Discord connection section.
From there, click “Connect to Discord” and authorize your account.
Once connected, you’ll automatically gain access to all your exclusive Tanuki community channels.
If you’re not in our Discord server yet, make sure to join it first using your invite link from Patreon.
