MAY 2025 RELEASED

Hi Karilious, I think our process might not be very clear to you. Let me explain: When we publish this post announcing the launch, it’s exactly the day when the models become available on Patreon and on our other stores. On that same day, we send you your coupon via direct message here on Patreon, so you can also download the models on Gumroad and Cults. In addition, you can always find your coupon by following the instructions we shared at the beginning of this post: "go to MEMBERSHIP, scroll down to 'A welcome from Tanuki Figures', and click 'Show More'. You'll find all updated monthly coupons and links there." We recommend that you save this coupon as it allows you to download that month’s models anytime on Cults and Gumroad. We noticed that a few days after subscribing, you canceled your membership. Because of that, you didn’t receive the automatic direct message we send to all active members and you can’t access the coupon through the method we explained. But don’t worry, we’re sending you the coupon now. To redeem the models on the stores, just add them to your cart and apply the coupon we’ll send. It will give you a 100% discount at checkout. If you have any questions, we’re here to help!

Thanks for letting us know, it's already been fixed! :)
