Gorgeous form on both of those! The above comment got me wondering what is the difference in mental process assuming warm-ups are to focus while cool-downs are to relax.

Well, im just guessing here, but he's got warm-up sketches before starting a project, and cool down sketches after finishing stuff off. All artists should do this sort of thing. It will insanely boost your mileage really quick.
