DeDeDeDe #03
Super happy to finally let you know I directed, storyboarded and animated for Dead Dead Demon’s Dededede Destruction’s Episode 03!✨
It’s already on Crunchyroll!🙇🏻♂️
This is my TV episode directorial debut, and I am so honored it’s an adaptation of Asano Inio’s manga (big fan!)
Super proud of how it turned out, so please watch it if you can!
Giant gratitude to the Production +h’s team, the skilled cool animators, and all the people who worked so hard to make it happen!!❤️🔥
I’ve also storyboarded episodes 07 and 11 (no directing or animation supervising on those though), so please check those as well!

Oh wow, I watched Dededede but didn't know you were involved in the production. Congrats!
This looks absolutely amazing just like thr Persona 3 Reload Answer opening you were involved with! Has it been a difficult transition? Coming from the world of illustration have you had to learn a bunch of stuff on the fly when it comes to animation and do you feel like you were taught well? Just genuinely curious.
Thank you!! To say the true, I felt in love with storyboarding at the first time I tried it (back in 2011 I think), so me learning how to draw better were actually just some steps I thought I should take to get good at storyboarding. Sounds strange, but my illustrations are basically a bi-product of me trying to get into the Job of my Dreams - Storyboarding. And now, when I am finally got here, working on all the projects I love and care about - I can say I am happiest ever. But yes, I needed to learn on the fly and do a tons of mistakes, it was hard and cruel at times, but an important experience - and I am still learning and still do mistakes, but less panicked now, hahah.
Congratulations 🎉 looks beautiful!
Thank you!!
