Thank you for being a part of our family. We share this comic free for everyone and we could only do that with the support you give us here. Thank you for helping us reach so many people. It may not seem like it, but just having wholesome LGBTQ+ content out there means a lot to so many!

Actually, she might not have any rights except to ask that the primary co-signer buys her out. Just because she co-signed doesn’t mean she can sell the house. It depends on the terms of co-signing. If the bank required her to co-own the house in order to co-sign, but she paid none of the mortgage, she has very infirm ground to stand on.
