Oh BOY . . . But I'm very glad that Roz kept her cool and retained her dignity, despite the "reaction" she got. She's a bigger and better disciplined person in a crisis than I am, I'll admit. Extra-Edit: On revisiting this I just noticed Roz's phone is out - could she be recording their conversation, for evidence in legalities / court?!
