Poor woman, she can't tell how wrong she is because of looking at and growing up with things the wrong way (even her own mother said not to trust men!). She is speaking angrily out of defense and emotionally without reasoning or consideration ... I know this art is imitating life. I'm surprised AJ & Magnus weren't present! At least that's a light way of ending a tense sequence.

There's nothing quite like seeing the back of someone's head and being glad you'll never see them again. Also, I'm familiar with the whole "if you get rid of me you'll regret it" schtick: when someone says that, they know they've already lost the battle to control you. My foster mom told me something like that before I ended up running from her for good 3 years ago, and never since then have I regretted leaving that place.
