This was a great resolution. I do wish I had some confirmation about (girl) Alex's passing, but I think I can guess. I do also think the panel with John "Could we really do this?" is facing the wrong/other way, but I can understand trying to maintain consistency with the other panels. Alex will be proving himself how incorrect he is about the baby's sleeping time ... and I'm not even a dad. Should be fun to see ...

Nicely done with that last panel topping off the seriousness with a joke. Also, watching the body language of the two of them without looking at the words gives the flow of the story and the emotions. I'm impressed, again.

okay this is sweet to the point of rotten teeth. WORTH IT! and like them I always wanted a kid...raising better than my parents ever did for me. I was even baby sitter for a long when i was 12... put the breaking point...is thinking that baby SLEEP! AH! lol
‘Sleep like a baby’ is an expression used by people who’ve never been around one.
Oh I cannot WAIT to see Alex be proven wrong about the baby sleeping! I've seen insomniacs get more sleep.
