As for what comes next, we could be in for a splash page of her succumbing even further down her debauchery, whether by choice or because she fails to do what she is planning on doing.
Ya know, the way she describes it makes it come off as scummy but with class, she knows what she is but honestly it shows how much she changed after everything.
