FLIXXS ATMOS V2: Public Preview

The atmosphere of Assetto Corsa now changes with the seasons, the clouds, and you, even online.

FLIXXS ATMOS V2 is the biggest update to Atmos so far. It adds months and seasons, full cloud control, a completely redesigned app, and a new Chaser Cam tab with Flixxs Cam and DynaCam presets you can save and share.

As before, every GIF below was recorded during a real online session. None of it was made in single-player, photo mode or a replay. Everything is client-side: it changes what you see on the server, without touching the server or anyone else's game.

Season Transformation: Pick a Month, Change the World

Choose any month from January to December and the whole track follows it.

Trees, grass and seasonal track details switch to match: green summer, golden autumn and snowy winter variants, on tracks that support seasons. The sun follows the month too, so its height and the length of the day change the way they would in that season.

Tracks south of the equator are handled automatically, so their seasons flip the right way round. Turn Month off and the track goes straight back to its original season.

From Summer to Winter in One Drive

Change months mid-session and watch the track transform around you, while still connected and driving online.

Full Cloud Control

The new Cloud Changer gives you direct control of the sky. Choose from Clear, Few Clouds, Scattered, Broken, Overcast, Fog, Light Rain, Thunderstorm and more, with a live preview before you commit.

Changes apply instantly. Turn on Auto Evolve and the sky picks a new cloud cover every 3 minutes, so a long session never looks the same twice.

A Completely Redesigned App

Atmos V2 has been redesigned from the ground up. Everything now lives in one clean window with dedicated tabs: Weather, FOV, Chaser Cam, Info, Planner and Settings.

Under the hood, the time-of-day and sky engine was also rebuilt from scratch. The sun, moon and lighting now move together as one system, and your chosen time stays locked online even as the server clock moves on.

Compact, standard and large layouts, the minimised mode and the smooth (and optional) animations are all still here.

NEW: Flixxs Chaser Cam Presets with DynaCam

Atmos V2 adds a brand-new Chaser Cam tab.

Each chase view can run either Flixxs Cam or DynaCam, and you can give your two chase views different cameras. Pick a view, tune it, and see the change on screen straight away.

DynaCam has its own full set of controls, and every camera setup can be saved as a preset. Presets are shareable, so you can send your favourite chase cam to friends or use the ones the community creates.

Still Here, Now Better

Everything from the first Atmos release is still included and has been improved:

• Time of day. Any time, on any server, with presets and a fine slider. Freeze time to hold the light exactly where you want it.

• Rain and wet surfaces. Rain intensity, road wetness, puddles and surface thickness, all controlled separately.

• NEW: Disable Drops. Hide exterior, screen and windscreen raindrops whenever you want, even while it is raining.

• Sun angle. Rotate the sun around the track for exactly the lighting you want.

• Track lights. Streetlights and signs switch on at night and off in the day, following the Atmos time, not the server clock.

• Adaptive FOV. Speed- and G-force-based FOV with separate first-person and third-person settings.
