Waiting for a new Riser PCIe 5.0
An unexpected setback...
Since early September, a major hardware failure affecting my graphics setup has left me working at roughly 20% of my usual capacity, sometimes bringing mod creation to a complete standstill.
I already have the AMD GPU but my current PCIe 4.0 riser card is defective...
I’m still waiting for a replacement PCIe 5.0 riser, which is taking longer than expected to arrive. (~ETA Oct, 8th)
I honestly wish this had been a well-earned vacation instead of a forced break...
I’m truly sorry I haven’t been able to deliver the usual pace of releases and content.
I understand that some of you have cancelled your memberships or may be considering it.
The rising cost of living affects us all, and your own needs must come first.
For those who can stay, your support means more than ever right now.
It helps me get through this difficult stretch and work toward getting back on track.
I’ve worked hard to make modding my full-time focus, and I want to keep it that way.
But I also want to be honest: if things haven’t recovered enough by the end of the year, I’ll need to reduce the time I dedicate to it to make ends meet.
My passion hasn’t changed; what’s uncertain is whether I can continue doing this full-time.
To everyone who is still here: thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your patience, your messages, and your support.
And to those who need to step away: thank you for being part of this journey!
