Rogue-Like 0.999d (stop making Jubilee so wet!)

Most recent change: version d should hopefully fix an issue with Jubilee's "wet" animations.

Ok, the most significant change to this version is that I redid  Jubilee's sex pose animations to use the more horizontally oriented cock  rather than the more vertical one that forced all the action to be near  the bottom of the screen. A lot of people suggested this, and I gave it  some thought, and it made sense, but it did require taking the time to  redo all the animations to move differently. See what you think.

Other  changes include some bug fixes and such, I hope I got everything in  there. Hopefully this will be the last build for version 0.999, unless  there are new bugs or I forgot to include something.
