Toybox Preview
Hii! Here's a more polished version of the preview for subscribers. Unlike the stuff I posted before, this one has NSFW animations and a gameover-restart loop + little things like clothing on the doll, various visual effects, etc.
This still isn't a full demo with actual gameplay, so please, if you do decide to leak it somewhere, don't make a separate thread out of it like it's already a game. I want to release it properly myself once the demo is ready.
So what is this game even about:
I've been pretty heavily inspired by Asimofu's Labyrinth of Estras, so Toybox is gonna be a bit of a roguelike about monster girls: You take an elevator down into a dungeon~mansion that's called the 'Toybox' in this world.
On each floor you'll need to reactivate the elevator within a time limit to go back up to the hub / descend lower, and you'll also have to collect loot scattered around the floor and drag it into the elevator (kinda like REPO / Lethal Company extraction).
Plans for the girls:
For now, besides the dolls, I'm planning to make a ghost girl. (Though the doll is also only about ~40% done.) The doll will have at least 1 more attack (footjob) and there are quite a lot of unfinished animations. I'll probably post a poll for those. And as for the ghost girl, I've got something a bit unusual planned, still a secret for now..
When will it roughly be ready:
Honestly, I can't give an exact estimate, but this fall for sure and definitely before winter.. most likely late September to mid-October. I'm working with more care this time to avoid the amount of bugs there were in Rumi, and I'm spending more time on the little details so everything looks smooth.
I'd say what's mostly left now is polishing the environment - various interactive objects on the levels, finishing up textures, completing the decoration models, etc. The demo/tutorial level is basically already playable right now, but it's all cut out of the preview build.
Oh, and by the way the 'Unlock Content' menu doesn't do anything. You can log in, but I didn't make any paywalls, so all the content is already unlocked right after you download it.
