Ideally, you should check the guide carefully starting from the Thriller Bark arc, but I’ll give you a quick summary: Explore the forests of Thriller Bark, buy the eternal pose to Amazon Lily and meet Hancock, then build the library on your ship where the option “investigate the Sakura Flower” will become available. After that, investigate the castle at Thriller Bark, specifically the doctor’s room (only available if you defeated Ryuma and talked to Perona at the end of the castle), and click on the new option "investigate about the sakura flower". This unlocks the Eternal Pose for Drum Island. Then go to Drum Island to get the Sakura flower. The player needs to reach the castle at the top of the mountain, meet a new character, and after a conversation, a new option will be unlocked on the Drum Mountain path. Retrace your steps, explore the snowy hills thoroughly, and you’ll find it. With the flower in your possession, the girls will let you enter Amazon Lily.

Once you've accepted the Grinrummy mission from the wanted poster, return to your ship, go to the Captain's Cabin, and sail to the open sea. Once you're out at sea, use the Raid option in the Captain's Cabin and look for Grinrummy's ship. If it doesn't show up, work or do another activity to pass the time, then try searching again.

New versions usually come out every 15 days. You might want to wait for a few versions to build up if you prefer playing more content all at once.

Those stats don't have much impact on the game yet. I'll expand their uses in future updates, so for now don't worry too much about having Defense or Agility at zero.
