wow. this is just beautiful, in the kitchen with our foraged fruit! very satisfied with this puree-like sauce.
if you have suggestions please let me know - I am DESPERATE for ideas 😫 almost scared to touch it.

Tamarind mandarin hot sauce!
now there's no way i'm not using some to make taramrind mandarin hot sauce.
It looks delisious Amy. We make a syrup with it and add it drinks like soda or tea.

My favorite thing about tamarind is that it is supposed to help detox calcium from your pineal gland (helps open the third eye) 👁️ I love to have it with buttered toast in the morning or as a soda 🥤
