Q. Why do Sims have turned pitch black, and how can we fix it?
A. There are a few possible causes. Here are the fixes I've come across:
Try swapping your cc, especially the cc skin or nose preset from obscurus as some people, including me, have had issues with these files and switching them out fixed it [1] [2]
This can happen when a CC file is outdated. Always make sure to use the latest version. On my end, I'll try to keep the files updated as much as possible!
Check if all your CC is loaded properly. Some files might be corrupted, or you may have an outdated version of a file that's conflicting with the one I shared. Try deleting the duplicate or older one and see if that helps (You can also check for duplicate CC files using program Sims 4 Tray Importer )
It could also be a game bug. try searching for fixes as there are many possible causes
Before uploading, I always download and test-play every Sims character myself. Lately I haven't run into this issue, so I can't pinpoint the exact cause. If you're still having this issue and previous methods didn't help, try this: remove all CC from your Mods folder, add back only the CC I provided, then relaunch the game and check. If it still doesn't work, the problem may be with my shared CC files. Message me and I'll help fix it
Q. How to fix the under-eye gap issue in Sims when making facial expressions?
A. Some Sims have this annoying gap under their eyes when they make expressions, I wanted to share a mod that can fix it. It's called Simjo_Bulging_Eye_Surgery_Slider — basically it pushes the eyeball back a little so the gap goes away. You can check the website for how to use it!
I've just started using this mod on Toji Sims. Sorry for not updating the previous one. If you're having the same issue, give this a try!

Q. ทำไมซิมส์มีผิวเป็นสีดำและเราจะแก้ไขได้อย่างไร?
A. เท่าที่เจอและอ่านมามีหลายสาเหตุที่เป็นไปได้ค่ะ และนี่คือวิธีแก้ไขเบื้องต้น
ลองเปลี่ยน cc ไม่ว่าจะเป็น skin หรือ nose preset โดยเฉพาะ cc ของคุณ obscurus ดูค่ะ เพราะมีหลายคนรวมถึงตัวเราเองด้วยที่เคยมีปัญหากับไฟล์เหล่านี้ แต่พอเปลี่ยนก็หายค่ะ [1] [2]
อาจเกิดจากไฟล์ CC เก่าไม่ได้อัปเดต แนะนำให้ใช้เวอร์ชันล่าสุดเสมอนะคะ ในส่วนของเราจะพยายามอัปเดตไฟล์และใช้เวอร์ชันล่าสุดตลอดค่ะ
ลองเช็คว่า CC โหลดครบและถูกต้องไหม บางไฟล์อาจจะเสียหาย หรือคอมคุณเองอาจมีไฟล์เวอร์ชันเก่าที่มันขัดแย้งกับไฟล์ที่เราแชร์ไปก็ได้ ดังนั้นให้ลบไฟล์ที่ซ้ำหรือเก่ากว่าออก (สามารถเช็ค CC ซ้ำได้ด้วยโปรแกรม Sims 4 Tray Importer)
อาจเป็น bug ของเกมก็ได้ค่ะ มีหลายสาเหตุมากก ลองค้นหาวิธีแก้เพิ่มเติมดูนะคะ
ทุกตัวก่อนอัปโหลด เราจะทดลองโหลดและลองเล่นดูก่อนทุกครั้งค่ะ ช่วงหลังๆ เราไม่เจอปัญหานี้แล้ว จึงบอกสาเหตุและวิธีแก้ไขตรงๆ ไม่ได้ สำหรับใครที่ยังมีปัญหานี้อยู่ และทำตามวิธีข้างต้นก็ยังไม่ได้ แนะนำให้เอา CC จากโฟลเดอร์ mod ออกทั้งหมด → เอา CC ที่เราให้โหลดใส่แทน → ลองเปิดเกมใหม่และเช็คซิมส์ดู ถ้ายังไม่หาย อาจจะเกิดปัญหาจากไฟล์ CC ที่เราแชร์ไปแล้วค่ะ ให้เพื่อน ๆ ทักมาบอกเรา เราจะหาวิธีแก้ให้ค่ะ
Q. วิธีแก้ไขปัญหาการเกิดช่องว่างใต้ตาของซิมส์ตอนแสดงสีหน้าต่างๆ
A. เวลาเล่นเกมซิมส์บางตัวมีช่องว่างใต้ตาตอนแสดงสีหน้า มันทำให้รำคาญไม่น้อย เลยอยากแชร์มอดที่ช่วยแก้ปัญหานี้ค่ะ ชื่อว่า Simjo_Bulging_Eye_Surgery_Slider มันสามารถปรับลูกตาให้ถอยเข้าไปในเบ้าตา ทำให้ช่องว่างนั้นหายไปค่ะ วิธีใช้ดูตามเว็บไซต์ได้เลยค่ะ
เราเริ่มใช้มอดนี้ในซิมส์ Toji แล้วค่ะ แต่คงไม่ได้อัปเดตในซิมส์ตัวอื่นก่อนหน้าด้วยตัวเอง ดังนั้นใครที่เจอปัญหานี้ลองเอาไปใช้ดูนะคะ
