The problem has been fixed: The new update blocks mods from loading

After the March 17 update (1.122.205), most mods have stopped working in the game. If you updated to the latest version, maps, icons, the loading screen, and the mod that removes outlines will not work.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to fix these mods quickly because the issue is on the developer’s side.

EA has already confirmed that they are working on a fix:

We’ve identified the cause of the issue impacting CC and Mods, and are now working on the fix and timing for its release.
We know how important these are to how you play, and will continue to work on resolving this as a top priority. We’ll update you once we have more detailed timing for the fix.

‼️If you haven’t updated the game yet, I recommend turning off “Automatic Updates” in the launcher settings so your mods can continue to work.‼️

For now, we just have to wait for a patch. I’ll share updates and little tips as soon as there’s news, to make this wait a bit easier for everyone.

UPDATE :

A patch for the update has been released.

Most maps and icons are now showing in the game again.
I will soon release the fixed versions of the following maps:

— Brindleton Bay
— Sulani
— Mt. Komorebi
