Hi love. I don't know if you'd ever think about you making a big change in someone's life. But I recently lost my fiancé and love of my life, and I play Sims to kind of recharge and get my mind off things and my grief. In Sims I can disappear into another life and reality, and it's calming and healing for me. Your worlds and creations truly mean a lot to me when playing Sims, and I just wanted to let you know that maybe you think you're doing small things - but they can mean the world to someone else. Thank you for your hard and beautiful work, and thank you for creating a world I could only dream of <3 xx
Hi love. I’m deeply sorry for your loss. I can’t even imagine how painful this must be for you right now. Your message touched me deeply. Sometimes we create things without realizing how much they can become part of someone’s life — a source of comfort or even healing. Knowing that my worlds can give you even a little bit of peace during such a difficult time means more to me than I can put into words. I’m also grateful for games like The Sims, where we can disappear for a while, breathe, dream, feel nostalgic, and gently escape from the weight of real life, even if only for a moment. Thank you so much for sharing this with me and for your incredibly kind words. Sending you lots of love ❤️ xx
