Project Ultimate Weather 2.1 - Release Date
Hi All,
Project Ultimate Weather 2.1 is planned to release on 25th July 2026.
This update targets the colour and contrast balance across the skyboxes and environment, along with improvements to the rain atmosphere and other smaller fixes.
I am also attaching pictures of the pre-release version.

I got snowymoon and png and I still canโt get ats to look like your videos
Hey, snowymoon with PNG will not giveyou the same effect as PUW 2.1 or using it with RealCam v2 or RealEye
If I pay the annually subscription can I download all project ultimate weather and real eye ??

Hello Angus! Thank you very much again for the PUW. It is amazing will all those mods, snowymoon and ReShade. However, i got a question from this video from you: https://youtu.be/7oVxMUksMEc?si=2iWL-lrGFVDngc_G Do you use there the SnowyMoon config that comes in package WITH Project Ultimate Weather 2.0 mod, or do you use the SnowyMoon config from Project Ultimate RealEye Mod Presets? I can't figure it out, need your help. Thanks again for amazing hardwork.

Will u launch something for better grass /better trees. And get better results with only with your mods and png mods I donโt really like buying snowymoon every month though itโs 1$โฆโฆ.. Default skyboxes are in low res. You should make this mod over PNG Weather or Weather 3.8 i think.
Hey, that would make sense, however i wanted to make something that would not be dependant on other mods, also the 3.0 will see custom made skyboxes which will be an bigger upgrade

Hi there, Will this update modify the cloud layers embedded within the skyboxes? Iโve been running PUW 2.0 but have never encountered cloud formations matching those shown in the attached pre-release screenshots. Additionally, do the adjustments to the rain atmosphere require disabling all other raindrop-related add-ons to take full effect?
Hey, the cloud layers stay the same but the highlights/contrast and lighting is changed therefore it looks different to the previous version

Could it work with PNG tire water trails? last time tried it without both mods conficting, water trails were not present.
Hey, at the moment that PNG Rain addon only works with PNG Weather, this might be fixed at some point, you could use other rain addons tho.

Is your rain improvements enough or we need to add any mods with it ?
Hey, the atmosphere is going to be improved however youre still free to use rain addons that will modify rain drops and spray
