Hedgehog Sighting
Ran into a super cute hedgehog as I was walking across golf course
He was eating grass. When he heard me, he stopped moving and looked like he fell asleep
I wanted to touch and pet him, but didn't want to scare or disturb him

I didn’t know there were hedgehogs on Gran Canaria. Probably populated from escaped pets. They won’t hurt you, but I always feel bad picking them up and terrorizing them.

I know you like animals but be careful. They're peaceful but if frightened may sting you with their quills. They make good pets however, eating harmful pests in your garden.
