v0.27 is set to release in about 6-7 weeks.

Suni and Samui have been spending some time familiarizing themselves with Konoha.
Now, under a newly signed initiative between Kumo and your nation's Daimyo, the two will be interacting with you on much closer terms!

A cultural exchange meant to cultivate peace? Or is there something more sinister lurking beneath the surface...

Player Agency & Gameplay Implications (NTR-focused update... or?)

To address some player concerns: while the two play prominent roles in the story, their presence won't disrupt your personal goals. Without spoiling too much:

• If you want to fend off rivals and protect your loved ones, you will have full control to do exactly that.

• Conversely, if you choose to leave bad actors to their own devices, or fail to see through their schemes... actions will have consequences.

v0.27 is designed to deliver for both playstyles!
While balancing development time means pure playthroughs won't use every single scene in this update, I’m working hard to ensure the rewards and payoff for purist players are deeply satisfying!

Looking Ahead... Late 2026 & Beyond

v0.28 (Later this year):

• The next major chapter of Ino's storyline.

• Return of several side characters.

Next year, and heading into the 0.3x thirties, I intend to ship the new systems surrounding the dungeon, building up into the inevitable war segment.

• Mission-based resource management spanning across all five Shinobi Nations

• Roster management + Interactions with each of your acquaintances!

• Summon otherworldly heroes to assist you in your quest! Will you win their trust, or will you have them obey your command?
