Early access question
I'm starting to think that part of the reason I'm struggling to work at the same pace I was previously is that I don't have that instant reward of posting something publicly straight away and getting all the feedback and stuff that involves. This is not something I like about myself and I wish I could force myself to be more patient but I am struggling, so the question of this poll is do you care very much about getting the videos earlier than everyone else, or are you subscribed here to support the video creation in general.
If you don't care about early access I'm very open to ideas about other things I could do for you that you would appreciate.

Incidentally, just going back to your remark that you hate the part of you that enjoys a response when your work drops, and your motivation isn't as strong when that isn't felt on launch. I think that is very unfair on yourself, no one is happy if they drop a penny down a well and can't hear a splash! All your animations encapsulate the human experience so well, I think it is really harsh if you berate yourself for your own instinctive human need for your heartfelt work and real effort be valued and recognised! Why shouldn't you want that! You aren't in a vacuum and nor should you be!
I agree with the many comments saying early access doesn't matter to me. It just makes me happy that you create what you do. I also like being able to come to patreon instead of Facebook to see your stuff.
The support is here because what you're already doing has so much value. Keep doing what you're doing, it's great.
Here to support !! it's an Amazing work what you're doing, bé coufortable and no pressure!! just enjoy from your side, and i'm enjoying !!!
I just want you to be able to do your thing!
I set up an account and downloaded another damned app just because I want to support your work in whatever way I can. Do what works best for you!
I'm also just here because I really like your work and want to support
I just want you to keep making great content, whatever helps that I'm in favour of
Whatever process best helps you keep creating content is the process I wholeheartedly support.
I am simply here because I enjoy the content and am happy to help support you in your endeavors - thank you for inspiring me with each video, you’ve given me things to noodle on outside of my day to day and that’s all I need. No early access is expected, thank you for bringing such unique presentation of a variety of perspectives. ❤️
Do what works best for you - Happy to just support you - love what you do!
I always view your posts on instagram anyway when i have the time and do it at one go for all the posts that I missed when it came out. So I think Im good for you to post anytime u like and not worry on having to give out early access here.
Love your videos and just wanted to support what you do. I don't care about perks or anything else : ) Your videos are a ray of light.
I don’t donate for perks; I donate so that you have the financial support for the work you do. I hope with that support, you will have more freedom to create.
Your work is thought provoking, challenging, fun and inspirational. It helps me through some of my darkest times and reminds me that curosity is an infinite resource for all of us. I subscribe simply to encourage you to create more, try more and explore more of the forest jar concept and beyond. I don't need any early access or perks, your work speaks volumes in itself and I'm proud to be a small part of that.
Here to support, not for perks, like others have said. Do what brings you joy.
Just here to support you and your work! Patreon offers a way to do that directly.
I don’t care at all about wether I see them earlier. Or any other possible reward, honestly. I’m just here for support.
I don’t care about early access. I just love your videos and understand that this is the best way to support artists in this day and age. 🙂 You do other things like the Q&A which are nice, but honestly, I think most people just want to support your fabulous art. 🤗
Mostly just a supporter. Vids come when they come and that's fine. I've never been attracted to early access stuff.
Although if you're looking for things to offer your Patreons, I'd love to learn more about the voices you have available to you. Who does your voices? Which characters are voiced by the same person? And how do they fit in the creative scheme of the Forest Jar?
Do whatever works for you. In the end that's what benefits us and all of your other subscribers. If we're brainstorming potential perk alternatives to early access, personally I'd appreciate more personal and behind the scenes content such as what you're watching/reading/playing etc.
Your work spoke to me and I wanted to support it; I don't expect anything in return.
Like others have said, you're an artist. I fully expect you to go on long, well-deserved breaks. If your process is anything like mine, I hope periods of rest from the canvas will help brew ideas and narratives that are stronger, bolder, clearer. Patreon is just a way for me to keep cheering your work on :)
Be, with fearless Intent and have fun with your passions of the moment, even if it is just sleeping all day and staying cozy.💚🫶🏾
I am here for supporting your work. For me it doesn't matter at all if I see it early or late, as long as it is there.
Ur an artist. Art can’t be forced. It comes and goes in unpredictable ways. Just keep doing what you’re doing and progress at ur natural pace. 🌹
I actually prefer not having early access. When I see content of yours that I like, I want to be able to share it with others. Early access makes that harder because then I have to remember to get back to it once it’s public. I don’t expect any special treatment over non-Patrons, I just want to make it easier for you to keep doing what you’re doing and be informed when new stuff comes out.
I joined this patreon because I love your videos and I want you to keep going and to support your effort. You should do what works best for yourself. I'll still be here making my donation every month because you're worth it
