What's a movie that you think would have been improved if it had a smaller budget?

Judging by Maso saying he likes Control for tge world but not the gameplay, it sounds like he would enjoy tge SCP Wiki. Have either of you ever read it?

Yes

What do you think would have happened if the boys failed to stop homelander? Im tied between 'homelander creates a barren and empty world and realizes he literally has nothing left', or 'another country (or countries) decides to see how many nukes homelander can survive.'

is what is the one comic/comic series that you know is great and have been told how great it is but just can’t get into it? Mine is Alan Moore’s Swamp Thing. I have the full set and have tried multiple times to keep reading it but it just hasn’t wowed me.

Hey James and Mason, with the new James Bond game (10/10, it's Bondtastic), have y'all considered reviewing "Cinematic" Games? James (who owns a PS5) can cover the gameplay part of the game, and Mason (not a gamer, who owns a Switch) can watch the cutscenes; he could even treat it like a movie. By the way, I love you guys; the banter between y'all brightens up my day.

Can we have a podcast with Mason and James's brother he doesn't like?

What's your favorite example of parent/news/teachers saying "dont watch this", and then the media does well. (I don't know if this is still called the Barbara Streisand effect when it comes to movies and TV.) The first one I can remember growing up is Married with Children

Can you give us a bit of information on the creation and running of planet broadcasting? How it started how it helped other podcasts ect

Hey guys, long time fan of the pod, I’ve been rewatching the Star Wars caravan of Garbage videos and you absolutely called Rotta the hut being in future movies! Also, do you think Star Wars has a risk taking problem in their stories? it feels to me as if every character they have a show about (Andor, Kenobi, Ashoka) already has a finished character arc. What do you think the remedy for this is? Personally I feel you need to give a trilogy of new movies to one creative writer / director and just let them helm it. Thank you both for the many years of laughter!

Can either of you remember a time where things got heated with you two while recording and you actually got mad at one another (other than when James puts in the movie “Joker” of course!). In all your years of very jovial podcasting I’m sure it must’ve happened at least once! Big fan.

How often do you guys hang out outside of the pod?

are you guys best friends

How do you feel about Australia’s involvement in Eurovision?

Assuming you guys grew up in a conservative Christian bubble to a certain extent, are there any staples of Christian media that you still hold in high regard? For instance, I had a lot of my sense of humor molded by early Veggie Tales and got introduced to a ton of musical genres through Christian music. It's all pretty B tier stuff, but curious if anything sticks out

Do you regret not hopping on the "woke" train? Imagine how much bigger you could be if you were calling everything woke! Like 2x maybe 10x!

Why do you feel we can look at either of you the same way after this picture?

Who is the artist that you last saw in concert? I’m curious who you boys enjoy listening to music wise too!

Do you think Andor would have been a more or less enjoyable show if somehow it was made with the same budget but without the benefits and constraints of the Star Wars IP? Do you think you would have enjoyed it more or less?

Are there any films from your childhood you'd dare not go back too or just want to preserve the memories of? I've recently rewatched Cats and Dogs 2001 for nostalgias sake and it was a fever dream of a movie.

i noticed in the latest CoG that you know about John Wayne's whole thing. What are your top 5 Westerns? And what's the worst one ever? Cheers!

Maso, do you watch any watch/ read anyrelated content? Just One More Watch for example is a Sydney based Scottish watch reviewer who focus on more budget watches with his own micro brand to boot. Grab that gem you legends ❤️

With the recent bit of Maso mistaking actors Jeremy Strong and Mark Strong, are there any actors that you constantly mix up? One for me is Olivia Colman and Olivia Williams as they look similar and have been in projects together.

When did Entourage stop being fun/cool for you? Also Entourage movie commentary someday soon, please

You guys always seem to be so in tune and happy together. Have you guys ever had a big fight or a period of not talking to eachother?

What goes in a big sandwich?

You've mentioned before that some people have asked for captions on your videos and you understand the request but simply don't have time, would you ever consider hiring a captioner to do this for you?

On the YouTube channel, will you two cover movies like Eight Legged Freaks, Deep Blue Sea, Anaconda, the rest of the Jurassic Park / World movies, Deep Impact, 2012, The Day After Tomorrow, The Dark Knight trilogy?

What do you guys think of John Travolta's cool new hats?

Don’t know if you guys are nfl fans but how do you feel about the NFL hosting a game in Melbourne in September? Would you guys be interested in seeing it? If so who would you be rooting for in the game?

What is one movie from each of you that you would never ever want to do a commentary for? Like gun to your head your taking the bullet instead of doing a commentary

Would address an elephant in a room or try to ride it?

When will we get live events in the US? I'm getting Britain Envy™.

James, what's your favorite and least favorite lifts? I love lat pulldown, hate shoulder press. (Name's pronounced My-stair Clye-stair, fyi.)

Hi boy! Do you have any favorite kids shows that you still love as an adult? I recently rewatched Adventure Time (all ten seasons) and genuinely think its one of the best shows I've seen in years. Also love Steven Universe and Regular Show. Not sure if those even exist in "australia"

Hi! My question is did I come off as cool or lame, when I saw you James at the London live shows. I'm the m8 who came from california. I honestly can say meeting you and the Sandspants guys was a highlight of a tough year. I'll be heading to the one this year. Cheers!

We know Mason goes to James' house for all the recordings...how often does James go to Mason's house? What's it like?

Has Maso ever thought about doing his own thing on YouTube or in any other medium like stand up . I enjoy him on the pod and on the Mr Sunday channel, but would love to see him do his own thing if he ever decides to

Have you ever consumed a piece of media that you swore up and down was incredible only to revisit it later to find out it was dogshit? A lot of my musical tastes as a kid are a bit embarrassing. I also rewatched The Big Hit, which was my favorite movie as a kid, and found it cringy and problematic in a lot of ways.

If you fellas were to do a longer deep dive into any Manga for the Classique Comique Booque Club what would be your go to series off the top of your heads? If I might be so bold as to suggest Berserk for its rich world building and amazing mature Dark Fantasy narrative, would be a great one to follow along and hear your opinions. Cheers and thanks for all the fish.

This is more for james, but i am a new dad (4 weeks in) and it has been the most amazing experience of my life. I was wondering how you balance being a dad and hobbies that you yourself enjoy, thanks mates

How often do you go to the movie theater to see something not for the show? Do you ever go to the drive in theater?

Has there ever been any negative feedback that’s caused you to do anything different on the podcast? Excluding the lunatics that send in h8 mail, obviously.

Would you ever consider bringing a segment like Suggestable back with Maso. Where you do non comic book recommendations. Also can you have the chat function on Patreon for those of us not on Facebook?

With the finale of daredevil and it's scene with the kingpin, can we finally say that 100 men could take down a gorilla?

Will you come over to the EU when you're in the UK? I've heard of at least one or two other Mr Sunday Fanzies here in Gent (BE)

Hello gents. As this is probably the only way to talk to you Aussie men. I am from Ireland and I am interested in visiting Australia for a holiday but what city is best for a tourist. For great sight viewing and activities. Is Melbourne or Sydney or perth the best place,?? Side note. Discovered your podcast during the COVID days and any time I hear the song walking on a dream by empire of the sun I think of you guys . Don't know why, 🤷 but I hope you guys are keeping well. Cheers from Ireland

Hey James and Maso! Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of content? And do you hate that it's called "content"? Sometimes I will want to watch or read something but am literally too crippled by all the options, so I just browse YouTube instead.

James. Given lil James brilliant performance in the never go back video, mainly his bullying of Maso, are you worried he will grow too powerful and usurp your throne?

Why are you avoiding Starship Troopers on CoG :( Also can you do a play through of the First Light? Finally, how did you guys meet? I don't think you've covered that before.

What was the working title of Star Wars?

Have you guys been keeping up with the absolute comics? If so which one is your favorite so far? Also which one did you not think much of but when you read it you where blown away. For me my favorite is batman and my sleeper hit is the flash

With the Bond Auditions starting my question is who do you think would be a good M and what sort of M would you like to see?

Does Maso do stand up comedy? If not, why not? If so, where can one find him perform? Dude is absolutely hilarious.

How did you guys get so lucky to find the editors you have? Not just Ben, Lawrence, and Collings but also the Gr8M8s Facebook page with Maisie and Sarabi etc. love you guys

Is there a movie that either one of you wanted to feel a certain way about but the other one felt the complete opposite and you didn’t want to admit you felt whatever certain way. Ex. I liked Black Adam but my friend I saw it with HATED IT. So I pretended I hated it more than I did.

Hi James (and Mason), I'm a highschool teacher entering my second year. I am enjoying it but also see that it is in a very rough spot currently. I am wondering what your decision making was around moving away from it, but also into something like podcasting? Or was it more of "on a whim." Thanks and P.S. I lie to my students to trick them into becoming fans of your podcast.

When are you fellas going to cover Mason’s favourite the Clone Saga for the Booque club

I love listening to you guys every chance I get. My question is, would you ever do a caravan of movies about small creatures like bugs or spiders that are now BIG, like *Them!* (Big Ant) or *Eight Legged Freaks* (Big Spider—and may I say, my favorite movie)? You could even include *The Meg* since it's about a big shark.

What are your personal favorite comic runs and comic runs you've hated?

You said you’d do looney tunes back in action if they did another space jam. we both know that’s not happening. back in action COG for coyote vs acme?

When two characters with different levels of violence crossover, like Spider-Man and Punisher, what should the level of violence for those stories be? What comics/movies/shows have picked a really good level?

What placement are you both in the sibling order (oldest, middle child, youngest) and do you find yourselves embracing any of the stereotypes (ie. Oldest is bossy, middle child is forgotten, youngest gets what ever they want)

If you two were going to form a rap duo what would it be called?

What is an IP or comic character you'd like to get the Spider-Verse treatment (aka an exceptional animated film) also when was the last time either of your faces were fully clean shaven with zero scruff whatsoever

What are your thoughts on Alan Moore’s Swamp thing series, and do you think it should be the main inspiration for the upcoming DCU film?

What's the most extreme or disturbing movie you would ever consider doing for caravan of garbage? Is there anything you were going to cover but decided against because of subject matter?

What do you think would be the worst fictional world to live and work in? After every season of Invincible, I ask myself 'why does this world even bother?'

1) would Rodney come back for a last farewell tour? Or blue harvest 2) caravan of garbage - caravan of courage! Ultimate origin story

This isn't a fan-casting question - in the r/batman subreddit today someone asked who people thought would make a great live-action Bane and my first thought was that he should be a fully CG character (maybe because the last version of him I saw was in Absolute Batman), at least for the juiced up version of him. What do you guys think about having character be fully CG, in otherwise live action films only for the sake of making them more visually accurate to the comic versions? Thanks!

Is "Australia" real or is it some kind of long running gag you guys have been doing?

Will you ever do a commentary on classic 90’s movies such as Con Air, The Rock, Snake Eyes or one for the goths The Craft?

Thoughts on Alan Partridge? Big fan over here in New York, absolutely no one here knows what I’m talking about .

Which regional town is better: Castlemaine or Bendigo

Would you ever consider including one superhero showdown matchup in each episode? I’m sure it’s hard to set aside a whole episode for matchups, but a quick segment each week would be so much fun.

What ever happened to your guys signature physical threat on people. At the beginning you would threaten to hit people over the head with a brick, then you got popular and went all fancy by saying you snap their necks and now you don't threaten physical harm with a signature move anymore! What's up with that?

What's a movie you loved as a kid that would absolutely would not hold up if it came out today?

When/why did Mason start saying "Grab that gem"?

Any questions I had have been answered by this photograph

Not really

What is Masos beard care routine?

Does James get beard envy?

would you rather be a polkadot or a milkshake?
