I think this is broken . It was working for me a couple of days ago and now has black spots on the plumbob and hello kitty doesn’t show
It’s not broken, you most likely downloaded a conflicting mod like it says in the description.

the description says that you have to place both files in your mods folder, so that’s what you have to do..
