A Note to you All
Hey Everybody!
It's been a while, yeah? I've had a lot going on in my life the past few months that has really bogged me down. It's been rough, but I'm doing my best to get all the nonsense under control. Between personal things, health, and having been burnt out after writing four books in a row. I needed some time to myself, some privacy, and some time with my family to recollect and gather my strength for this next big push. I still have a lot of work to do, but I'm doing my absolute best. I love you guys, and I really appreciate your patience and understanding right now. I have a lot to make up for, especially to my patrons and friends, and I will.
I am still working on the Volume 4 AMA. It is coming. For now, though. I am going to make good on my promise to get Broker back up and running. More chapters are coming. I'm still alive. I'm still fighting.

From the author posted recently on discord. Hi @everyone I'm above ground. I'm checking in. I'm so sorry I don't have more to say or more information right now. But I want you to know I'm breathing. I'm trying. And I'm not ready to talk about things right now, or take DMs, but I'm okay.
Basically Derelict is still alive, so there is a chance the story will continue. Also Derelict is still alive. Doesn't sound like he is doing great, but honestly, so long as he is above ground, he can recover. @DerelictPresense, Now that hope has been rekindled, take your time, I couldn't care less if you wait another 6 months before getting back to writing. Get yourself into good shape again, update us with your status even if its a short post like on discord, and take what time you need. Do I want you to start writing again ASAP? Yes! But there's no point if you aren't in a good place, I'll keep checking in, but im not going to rush you. Heck, I've been checking in to see how a story I was reading 8 years ago is going. It normally gets about 2 chapters a year now days but had stopped entirely for 3 years, so im patient enough to wait for you to be ready and so should everyone else be.
I hope the author is ok. I recently discovered this series through Audible with the third book being released earlier this week as of writing this.

gonna be honest. sorry to the author or whoever gets notified about replies. But i'm considering the author dead until they respond. seriously, i get there can be familial issues or medical emergencies, but the fact there hasnt been a single "hey, (insert thing) happened and i've been (insert thing). sorry for no response" has led me to the conclusion the author is dead or has completely decided to quit writing altogether. personally, i think anyone still paying should change their membership to the free version until the author responds or someone else does. Cause again, i'm sorry, but it's almost been a year of 0 messages

Sigh, going this long with absolutely no information is incredibly disrespectful to the audience and especially to people giving their own money to support the author I am very disappointed in this author.
*sigh* at this point, until we get a response, i'm just gonna assume the author isnt coming back.

I was looking around on audible, book two (fog of war) has a confirmed release date. It might just be me, but that has to be good news about the state of Broker. They have to be involved in the production in some way.
